Return & Exchange

All products purchased from Ouctions.com can be exchanged within 5 days of purchase only if:- (10% of the total amount of the product will by deducted from buyer in any return or exchange)

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • As we Re-store Original Shoes so we don't claim any manufacturing fault or defect the Shoes has, because fixing them may lead the Shoe to disaster in the name of originals.  
  • We only Accept the return or exchange of Shoes Sizing issues only if the shoes size is delivered totally wrong by us or having a  size issue of more or less then 0.5 measures.  

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to info@ouctions.com or by calling at +92-3218888414 , in case you want to raise a dispute. At Ouctions, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and tries to be fair to both parties.

Replacement will be sent in case a damaged/wrong sized item is shipped. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at info@ouctions.com, within 7 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

  • Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • The product is damaged because of use.
  • The product has tampered.
  • Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.

Refund:

We have a policy for refund, we will refund you with in 2 days after you receive the parcel as we stand by the second bidder of the product for at least 2 days,  we'll simply return your amount if you take care of our products during its stay of 2 days at your place

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order at any time before the shipping process. After the shipment of your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number against your order.

*Ouctions reserves this right of cancelling your order for any reasons including, unavailability of stock, declined in payment or the inaccuracy of pricing.

*There will be no return and exchange on sale articles.
